Endometriosis affects at least 1 in 10 girls, women, and unmeasured numbers of two-spirit, transgender, and gender-diverse individuals. This means that almost 2 million Canadians have endometriosis.
The challenge
The Endometriosis Network Canada (TENC) needed a website that made complex health information easier to navigate. Their old site held valuable resources but lacked clarity, structure, and warmth thus making it harder for users to find the support they needed.
The solution
Our goal was to create a clear, supportive digital experience that helps people quickly access reliable information, resources, and care options.
Clear, supportive navigation
Key sections like symptoms, support groups, and treatment pathways are easier to find with a streamlined, patient-friendly structure.
Find a surgeon tool
I designed a clear, searchable directory that helps users locate qualified surgeons across Canada. Filters and a clean layout make it easy to compare options and access care sooner.

A simplified resource hub
I restructured the site and created the “Endo Hub,” giving users a simple way to browse and filter educational content.

The outcome
The new website with a supporting campaign landing page helped TENC reach a significantly wider audience and make support easier to access. Since launch, the site has welcomed over 88,000 active users, generating 114,000 visits and 183,000 page views. The landing page I designed received 28,654 views in its first month, with more than 2,250 people accessing key patient resources, especially around surgery and mental health.
Overall, the redesigned experience played a major role in helping the organization raise awareness, guide users to reliable information, and connect people with the support they need.
